Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-05-09

The service

Zygnal is a hosted SaaS platform for AI-native support and engineering, operated from Australia.

Beta period

Zygnal is currently in beta and not generally available. External use is by invitation only and governed by a separately signed beta agreement that supersedes any conflicting terms here.

Acceptable use

You will not use Zygnal to send spam, host illegal content, attempt to compromise the service, or train external AI models on data that does not belong to you.

Data ownership

You own the data you put into Zygnal. We hold a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

Availability and SLAs

Production uptime targets and SLA commitments are set out in your subscription contract. We operate per-tier SLAs internally and report on them transparently.

Termination

You may terminate at any time. On termination, your data is exported in a portable format and then deleted from production after a reasonable wind-down period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
