Who we are
Zygnal ("we", "us") is operated from Australia. We are bound by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
On this marketing site, we collect only the information you give us via the early-access form (name, work email, company, message), plus minimal analytics about page views once you accept the cookie banner.
When you use the Zygnal product as a customer, we collect data your team adds to the platform (articles, tickets, comments, attachments) and operational telemetry (timestamps, identifiers, performance metrics) needed to run the service.
How we use it
We use early-access form submissions only to follow up with you about Zygnal. We do not sell or trade contact information. Product data is used solely to operate the service for the customer it belongs to.
Where data is stored
AWS ap-southeast-2 (Sydney). Multi-region deployment is available for Scale customers who request it.
AI providers
We use Anthropic and OpenAI for AI features under enterprise zero-retention agreements. Your content is not retained by these providers beyond the request and is not used to train external models.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not set any analytics cookies until you accept the consent banner. We do not use advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email privacy@zygnal.com.

We will update this policy when our practices change and post the updated date at the top.
