We're building Zygnal for ourselves first.
Zygnal is built by the team behind a suite of B2B products. We have spent twenty years in operations and recruitment software, and we have lived through every flavour of "support tooling" available — separately, of course, from every flavour of "developer tooling."
The pattern we kept seeing: support software treats help docs, AI chat, tickets, and engineering hand-off as four separate problems. So we ended up with four tools that knew about each other only loosely — and an organisation that re-learned the same things every quarter.
Zygnal is the platform we wanted: one place that owns help articles, captures every resolution as a structured insight, runs tickets with proper severity and SLA, embeds an AI-grounded drawer inside our products, and talks directly to the code repositories where the fixes get made. The loop closes because all parts live in the same data model.
Built by the team behind
Zygnal is being battle-tested across our own products before we open it up. Same team, same opinions, four very different surfaces:
- RecruitOnline
Cloud ATS / CRM for staffing agencies and internal HR.
- PinvoiceR
Payroll, invoicing, and reporting for AU/NZ.
- VoxApp
AI voice assistant for business calls in any language.
- RefChecker
AI-powered employment, property, and trade reference checks.
Each runs on its own infrastructure, talks to the others over APIs, and now uses Zygnal for help docs, support, and the engineering loop that keeps them improving.
Two phases, on purpose.
Phase 1 (now): internal use only, across our own product suite. No external customers, no signup flow, no Stripe. We optimise for velocity and learning.
Phase 2 (when validated): self-serve signup, billing, SSO/SCIM, SOC 2, multi-region. Multi-tenancy was built in from day one — phase 2 is operational and contractual, not a re-architecture.
We open early access gradually, as our internal use stabilises. Early customers help us prove the value proposition outside our walls, get priority onboarding, and lock in beta pricing.
How we operate.
Hosted in Sydney. Built on Laravel 12, PostgreSQL with pgvector, and a careful stack of LLM providers under enterprise zero-retention agreements. Australian English everywhere. No "revolutionary," no "game-changing," no "powered by AI." Just the platform we wished existed.
Be one of the first.
Zygnal is opening up to early-access customers as internal use stabilises. Tell us about your product and we'll be in touch when there's a slot.
